ABOUT
Slade Paddock
Our Philosophy
Nestled in the heart of the picturesque East Anglian countryside (the fens), in the quaint village of Witcham, Slade Paddock Caravan & Campsite offers a unique blend of serene rural charm and modern amenities. Our family-operated campsite is situated on a working farm that has been part of the family for generations, growing wheat/rapeseed and linseed and now providing a peaceful retreat for visitors year-round.
Trevor and Sal believe in offering a personal touch to your camping experience. We pride ourselves on creating a friendly, welcoming atmosphere where guests can feel at home. Whether you're here to relax and unwind in the tranquility of nature or to explore the vibrant local area, we are committed to making your stay memorable.

Our Journey
The journey of Slade Paddock began as a simple farm, embracing the natural beauty and fertile land of East Anglia. With a vision to share Trevor and Sal's love for the outdoors and the local area, we transformed part of our farm into a campsite that offers spacious pitches, modern facilities, and direct access to stunning countryside walks and cycling routes. Over the years, we've continued to enhance our facilities while maintaining the charm and character that our guests love.
Behind every great destination is a dedicated team. Our family, along with a small team of passionate staff, works tirelessly to ensure that your stay at Slade Paddock is relaxing and enjoyable. From the moment you arrive, you'll meet faces that are happy to help, whether it's by giving local travel tips or sharing stories of the site's heritage.
